Call for Staff Recruitment is seeking dedicated, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join a complex care team. You will provide two-to-one support to young adults with disabilities in their own homes and within the community. We are recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients. Our role is to ensure they receive a competent, respectful and committed team capable of delivering consistently high-quality support. Role overview You will work alongside another Support Worker to support young adults who require a higher level of assistance because of disabilities, emotional needs or behavioural challenges. You will help reduce pressure within the home, provide consistent personal care and support individuals to re-engage safely and confidently with their community. This position requires patience, understanding and a genuine commitment to respectful care. Key responsibilities * Provide daily support with routines, meal preparation and household tasks. * Deliver complex care calmly, competently and safely. * Provide personal care with dignity and sensitivity. * Offer reassurance and emotional support during anxiety, distress or challenging situations. * Support individuals with appointments, activities and confidence-building in the community. * Help create consistency and stability for individuals and their families. * Encourage individuals to make choices, develop life skills and become more independent. * Maintain clear and accurate care records. * Report changes, concerns and relevant information to the wider care team. * Work effectively with other Support Workers in a two-to-one setting. * Safely transport individuals using your own vehicle. * Maintain appropriate and respectful professional boundaries.
