We use personal information to provide and manage accounts, support job applications, progress recruitment activity and communicate with candidates and care homes.

Retention and deletion
Information is kept only while it is needed for account, recruitment and necessary operational purposes. Retention and deletion are managed manually rather than through a fixed published schedule.
